As a Chef graduate of The Natural Gourmet Cooking School for Food and Healing in New York, I am proficient in preparing health-supportive meals either tailored to your doctor’s and nutritionist’s recommendations — or to your own specifications.

Following our initial conversation, I will create a menu based on what we talked about and the information you provided on the Customer Survey Form, then I will email the menu to you for your approval before my cook date.

I purchase my clients’ groceries for which they reimburse me. The first time I cook for a client, I provide their meals in food containers and, if we continue working together, the client pays for them.

I will come to your kitchen with my equipment where I prepare, package and label your meal containers.

I will email you a bill and also bring one with me at delivery time.

Cost: The charge for my time is $295.00 The price includes menu planning, basic recipes, shopping, cooking, packaging and cleaning for 5 meals, 2 portions each.

Additional fees: Tolls, Travel, Groceries and Containers.
